Daniyar Baytenizov is the winner of the competition "The best university teacher - 2023"

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced the winners of the republican competition to determine the best of the best in the teaching profession.

The winners were 150 teachers from 43 universities of Kazakhstan. Each of them will receive a bonus of 2000 MCI and a badge. A total of 768 applicants participated. The development and publication of electronic educational resources, materials, scientific publications in domestic and international journals, the availability of patents for inventions, the quality of teaching, etc. were evaluated. The purpose is to increase the prestige of the teaching profession and stimulate further professional development.

Traditionally, faculty staff of Kozybayev University take part in this competition. This time, Daniyar Baytenizov, Department chair of Finance and Management, PhD, won. He has been working at our university since 2010. In addition to teaching and heading the chair, he conducts active research in the following areas: innovative economics, self-employment and freelancing. He has written and published monographs, a textbook and more than 40 scientific articles.
