2 medals from Kazakhstan Kettlebell Lifting Championship

Our athletes defended the honor of the North Kazakhstan region at the republican championship, held in Astana from February 13 to 17, in the discipline "long cycle". Two students who competed in the youth category in the weight class up to 63 kg rose to the top. Ilya Rotov (gr. PCS-20-1) won the 1st place! He fulfilled the standard of a Master of Sports of international class and received a license to participate in the Asian Championship (China) and the World Championship (Greece)!

Valentina Besedina (gr. MI-21) became the second among girls. She completed 44 lifts in a long cycle. Lifting athletes were trained by the Honored coach of Kazakhstan, senior lecturer of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical and Military Education Andrey Yaroslavovich Glyvyak.
