Do Good Deeds for Others for the Greater Good

In the new concept of celebrating Nauryz, March 15th is designated as the Day of Mercy. It is dedicated to charity, compassion, neighborliness, and the willingness to provide selfless assistance. On this day, our university students visited Lidia Ivanovna Babicheva. She is an 82-year-old pensioner who lives alone in a private house. The guys helped clear the snow from the yard and the roof, while the girls cleaned the rooms. They washed the floors and ceilings, wiped the mirrors. As the students said, they constantly come to help the pensioner. Caring for the older generation is an important trait of the cultural code of Kazakhstanis. After all, by doing good to others, we not only bring them joy but also fill our lives with deep meaning. We fill the world around us with humanism and mercy.
