Ready to become a knowledge-intensive platform for transferring innovative technologies

A republican scientific-practical seminar "Innovative Technologies in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics" was held at the university. It was attended by academics from Almaty, scientists from Petropavlovsk, and engineering staff from the Kirov and the Petropavlovsk Heavy Machinery Plant. For their significant contribution to the development of science and technology and strengthening academic ties, Academician, Vice-President of the National Academy of Engineering of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Scientific Director of the Institute of Mechanics and Machine Science named after academician U.A. Dzholdasbekov MNVO RK Amandyk Tuleshov was awarded the M. Kozybayev Medal. A number of scientists from Kozybayev University have been involved in a scientific project on pump engineering for the oil industry.

On this day, 5 teachers from the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies were awarded certificates as members of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They participate in scientific projects as part of working groups. Also, the M. Kozybayev Medal for a significant contribution to the development of the university's research potential in training PhD doctors was awarded to Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Corresponding Member of the Regional Public Organization of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice-Rector of the Civil Aviation Academy Kairat Koshekov.

During the conference, new provisions of scientific and scientific-technological policies of the Republic of Kazakhstan were discussed, as well as issues related to the development of design and technological solutions to increase the resource of rod deep-well pumps, modern wireless technologies for diagnosing pump equipment, and others. After the plenary session, the seminar participants visited the Petropavlovsk Heavy Machinery Plant.
