The visit of memebers of the Central Council of the Veterans of Kazakhstan

The delegation of the Central Council of Veterans of Kazakhstan led by Omirzak Ozganbayev, arrived at the North Kazakhstan oblast with a working visit, has been in our university too. It was discussed several important issues within the meeting with the representatives of the older generation of our university, regions, city and oblast.

The representatives  of the older generation have acquainted with the work of the exhibition «Үлкендер жолы − ұлылық, ұрпағы жүрер ұғынып». Further they met at the round table with the members of the central presidium. The theme of the discussion was improvement of the activity of Veterans organizations, deepening patriotic senses of young people.

There are more than 10 thousand primary organizations of veterans in Kazakhstan. They make a contribution to the country development.

The Chairman of the Central Council of Veterans of the Republic of Kazakhstan positively assessed the work of the organization of veterans of the University. Vice-rector for educational work Mukaram Taizhanova noted that currently the initial organization of veterans of our university has included more than 400 members of the older generation. About 90 of them are still teaching at our university.
