It's summed up the rating of facuties and departments for 2014-2015 academic year at the university. The best teacher has become Candidate of philological sciences, Associate Professor, Professor of "Kazakh philology" department Zhanbay Turarovich Kadyrov.

Zhanbay Turarovich has been working for more than 20 years at our university. He has been assigned as a teacher to our university after graduating Shokhan Ualikhanov Kokshetau institute. Today he is the Head of "Kazakh philology" department. He has obtained the recognition of colleagues and the respect of students for his working years. This year he will take part in the national contest "The best teacher of the HEI" of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Zhanbay Turarovich thinks that this contest stimulates teachers to the active scientific-pedagogical work. One of the criteria of applicants assessment is the quantative and qualitative indicators of teaching and methodological aids, monographs and scientific articles. These indicators have risen by several times for 2 years.

Zhanbay Turarovich has prepared 1 monograph, 9 aids and about 200 scientific articles for the national contest. There are works, which have published in the international editions.

This year Candidate of Pedagogical sciences, the dean of music and pedagogical faculty Aynagul Nikolayevna Sarzhanova and Candidate of Technical sciences, the Head of "Transport and mechanical engineering" department Vitaliy Vladimirovich Savinkin also will participate in the national contest.

At the moment 7 holders of the title "The best teacher of the HEI" are working at our university.

The contest will be summed up in December this year. The winner will get the state grant, which will directed to the professional activity development.
