The photocontest "The many faces of my Kazakhstan" is summed up

On 25 February, 2016 the oblast photocontest "The many faces of my Kazakhstan" was summed up in M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan state university.

The organizer of the contest was Assembly of People of Kazakhstan department of M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan state university.

The contest was conducted in order to strengthen the Kazakh identity based on educating ethno-confessional tolerance and other key values of "Mangіlіk El", to attract young people's attention to the peculiarities of the Kazakh model of ethno-confessional harmony and perfection of ethnic-confessional relations among the youth through the photoart.

The contest set itself the task of identifying gifted representatives of students and promoting their creative achievements in the field of the photoart.

The contest was attended by the learners of the education system institutions of Petropavlovsk and North Kazakhstan oblast(students of M. Kozybayev NKSU and pupils).

The staff of "Assembly of People of Kazakhstan" and "Building and design" departments of M. Kozybayev NKSU were on the jury. The joint organizer of the contest was the branch "Bolashak" of the party "Nur Otan".

24 participants presented 45 photoworks for consideration.

Considering the works the jury decided to award the participants as follows:

• I place - Vagner Artur, the pupil of the secondary school №13 of Petropavlovsk;
• II place - Kayirbay Kayirken, the student of M. Kozybayev NKSU and Umarova Regina, the pupil of the First gymnasium of Petropavlovsk;
• III place - Shalabaeva Kamila, the pupil of City classic gymnasium named after S.Shaymerdenov, Pokatilo Alina and Shevchenko Varvara, pupils of the First gymnasium.
