The meeting on entering the civil service was held for graduates of NKSU

Issues of entering the public service were discussed at the meeting with the graduates of the Faculty of History, Economics and Law. The event was attended by representatives of the Department of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the State Labour Inspection Office of NKO, graduates of HELF and journalists.

In addition, the graduates were also interested in issues of labor legislation of Kazakhstan. B.K. Zhanbutin, the head of the department of security control and protection of labor of the State Labour Inspection Office of NKO, explained to students the rights and obligations of the employee and employer. He explained in detail how to make contracts of employment, the payment for the vacation, spoke about the conditions of termination of the employment contract.

In particular, Bakhtiyar Keneldykovich warned the graduates about the need for mandatory employment contracts, that in it, according to the law, should be reflected the salary, working hours, conditions of the vacation.

The graduates of the Institute of Language and Literature and the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Sports also participated in the event and asked questions as students of HELF. For example, students were interested in the issues of how the payment was made ifor nternships, in which cases the employment contract may be terminated, any difficulties arising in entering the public service.
