The results of rating of Webometrics were announced

The Spanish research group Cybermetrics Lab published the results of ranking Webometrics Ranking of World Universities, which assesses the activity of universities in the world in the global Internet space.

In accordance with the new rating NKSU named after M. Kozybayev ranked 25th among 104 universities of Kazakhstan.

The results of this rating are fed twice a year, in January and in July. Its methodology is based on four indicators: size of the site (number, indexed by Google web pages), the number of links to other resources, openness (the number of loaded to the site and indexed by the search engine Google text-files) and academic quality (citation of scientific publications on the basis of analytical data research group SCImago).
