With working visit the Head of DARK Ernar Bayangazin visited M. Kozybayev NKSU

Our university was visited by representatives of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in the North Kazakhstan Region and the project office "Kyzylzhar - adaldyk аlany". At a meeting with the university staff, Yernar Bayangazin, the head of the ARKPK Department for NKR, spoke about the anti-corruption work being carried out in the region.

Rector Serik Omirbayev noted that the university’s activities are based on the principles of academic honesty and integrity. In the context of the Anti-corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, amendments were made to internal regulatory documents. Codes of honor of teachers, staff and students of M. Kozybaev NKSU were adopted. By order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an independent collegial body was formed - the Supervisory Board, which reports to the internal audit service. In August 2018, our university entered the League of Academic Honesty. Regularly, in order to prevent corruption, students are questioned by the “Teacher through the eyes of students” campaign, “Clean Session”, a helpline and a rector’s blog are functioning.

Further, the guests got acquainted with the work of the Sanaly urpaq project office, the QYZYLJAR Student Service and Registration Center, as well as bookcrossing - a zone.
