Students of the program "Serpin" talked with the Deputy Dulat Abish

A delegation from the Turkestan region visited M. Kozybayev NKSU. The head of the TV channel "Aigak", the Deputy of the Turkestan maslikhat Dulat Abish held a meeting with students-countrymen who are studying with us under the program "Serpin". At the Alma mater, they receive agricultural, technical and pedagogical specialties. All are provided with places in dormitories and scholarships. The children told about their studies and active social life: many of them are part of the student government structure, they are engaged in sports and creativity.

Last year, only 8 districts of the Turkestan region were included in the "Serpin" program. Now, thanks to active career guidance, the number of children who chose the northernmost University in the country should increase, the meeting noted.

"Their eyes are shining. They want to stay here...we have 10 people applying for the 1st place of a school teacher in the South. And there are enough jobs in the North, and there are career prospects. Therefore, students are serious about studying and establishing themselves here," - said Dulat Abish.

In total, 967 people are enrolled in the "Serpin" program at the M. Kozybayev NKSU.
