In the M. Kozybayev NKSU conducts courses "Abaytanu" for students of all faculties

A soulful poet, sensitive and deep thinker, Abay Kunanbayev will live in the memory and consciousness of the people for centuries. In the year of its 175th anniversary, it is important not only to hold a number of events dedicated to this significant event, but also to convey to young people the high ideals of the poet, to reveal the essence of his ideas. Inspire him with a great example of people, ignite the hearts of young Kazakhstani, directing this energy in a creative direction. And doing courses "Abaytanu" in M. Kozybayev NKSU.

First-year students of all faculties of the Department of "Kazakh language and literature" are told about significant milestones in the biography of the classic, works dedicated to his work, and explore the works.

As the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev correctly noted in his article "Abay and Kazakhstan in the XXI century": "Abay sincerely wished that the Kazakh people tirelessly studied and developed. These conclusions are still very relevant." Therefore, for students, in-depth study of the great poet's legacy is very important.

In total, more than 670 students are enrolled in the "Abaytanu" elective course at the M. Kozybayev NKSU. Classes are held in the state language from February to may 2020. The developer course is Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor Zhanar Kalibekova.

It should be noted that earlier at the University, "Abaytanu" courses were held only for students of the philological Department for several years, but now they are held for students of all specialties and are of great interest to young people.
