Problems of modernization of the education system, the teachers' work in terms of updated content, prepare in-demand professionals, meets the challenges of time is discussed in the University at the International scientific-practical conference "Modern education: traditions, achievements, innovations", devoted to the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayev.
The event was attended by leading scientists, teachers of higher educational institutions, teachers, psychologists, teachers and educators of educational organizations, postgraduates and undergraduates, methodologists, as well as representatives of the public in Kazakhstan and Russia.
Opening the event, Vice-rector for science and innovation Akmaral Ibrayeva noted that the M. Kozybayev NKSU is regularly working on the introduction of new educational programs, including pedagogical orientation. In particular, this academic year, the EP "Defectology", "Sign language teaching", "Oligophrenopedagogics", and the dual program "Physical culture and IMT" were opened.
The head of the Department of education NKR Gulmira Karimova announced today that 17 thousand teachers at the conference, 25 percent of pre-retirement age. Therefore, the labor market is interested in young, qualified specialists who have been produced by our University for many years.
Undergraduates of Kurgan State University told about their scientific achievements. Its Professor Gennady Fedosimov shared plans to open a double-degree master's degree program: "Pedagogy and psychology" (M. Kozybayev NKSU) and" Management in education" (KSU) from September this year.
After the plenary session, the work continued in sections in the following areas: current issues of psychological and pedagogical support of the individual; modern issues of social pedagogy and self-knowledge; traditions and innovations of primary and preschool education; culture, science and art in the educational process of today; innovative technologies in the field of physical culture, sports and IMT.
In total, the conference received more than 100 reports from far and near abroad.
