Double degree programs in action

Within the framework of the Network University of the Commonwealth of Independent States, an agreement was signed between the M. Kozybayev NKSU and the Kuban State Technological University (Russia) on joint training of masters in the fields of "Power engineering and electrical engineering" and "Design and technological support of machine-building industries". Today, 2 people study at this university under this program. Upon completion, they will receive two diplomas at once, and this will significantly increase their chances of finding a job. This year, undergraduates went for a year to study in the city of Krasnodar.

The leadership, deans, department heads and heads of departments of partner universities gathered in an online format to discuss the prospects of such cooperation and the further implementation of double-degree programs.

At the meeting, they talked about the results of the interaction and the problems that were encountered in connection with the pandemic, the admission campaign and the organization of the educational process in the current epidemiological situation. Now our guys, as well as at M. Kozybayev NKSU, are taking the session remotely at KubSTU. Also at an online meeting, they agreed on a roadmap for implementing agreements between universities.

Note that in the next academic year a new set of educational programs will be implemented.
