On the competition for the vacant position of the Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors

In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors dated 06.10.2020 (Protocol No. 1) NPLC " M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University" announces the vacant position of the Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors.

According to paragraph 11 of the Regulations on the Corporate Secretary of NPLC M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University, approved by the Board of Directors dated October 6, 2020 (Protocol No. 1), the functions of the Corporate Secretary can be assigned to a person who meets the following requirements:

According to paragraph 11 of the Regulation on the Corporate Secretary of NPLC M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University, approved by the Board of Directors dated October 6, 2020 (Protocol No. 1), the functions of the Corporate Secretary may be assigned to a person who meets the following requirements:

1)      the presence of a higher legal and/or economic education;

2)      the presence of professional work experience of at least 5 (five) years, including in the field of corporate law or corporate governance and/or in a managerial position - at least 3 (three) years;

3)      availability of a certificate of professional development in the field of corporate governance over the past three years;

4)      availability of knowledge, experience and qualifications sufficient to perform the duties assigned to him.

5)      availability of organizational and analytical abilities and skills;

6)      availability of computer skills;

7)      knowledge of the specifics of the Company's activities.

The candidate for the position must provide the following information: a track record, a copy of diplomas of education, information about professional development, professional retraining, information about work experience over the past 5 years, a written application of the candidate for election to the position of Corporate Secretary of the Company.

The participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level.

The deadline for submitting applications is within a month from the date of publication. A candidate for the position of the Corporate Secretary is considered at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
