Prevention is important!

The season of colds is coming and information on how to protect your health becomes especially relevant during this period. Doctors of the Kozybayev University health center held a meeting with the students living in the hostels. The topic was “Prevention of ARVI, flue. Coronavirus infection”.

The children were told about what helps to maintain high immunity of the body: maintaining a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, vitamin therapy, physical education and sports, tempering, airing the premises. Compliance with anti-epidemiological requirements is an important aspect.

Our university pays special attention to this. A Regulation has been developed for the compliance of educational facilities with sanitary and epidemiological requirements, each point of which is carried out at the university. This is the use of personal protective equipment (masks, gloves) and their timely change, disinfection treatment of premises, thermometry, social distancing of people, placing tables in classrooms and offices at a distance of at least 1.5-2 meters from each other.

The simultaneous presence of people in the premises is possible if 40-50% of their design capacity is not exceeded, quartzization and proper operation of the ventilation system are mandatory. All campus buildings are equipped with antiseptic agents, sanitizers. Full visual preventive information is posted on stands, including in hostels, where 180 students live today.

They were given the option of voluntary vaccination. 87 students received it at the health center. Also at the meeting, the doctors provided all those present with visual aids, booklets.
