Bolatbayev Kazbek Nelevich

Doctor of Technical Sciences of the Department of Organic Chemistry and Сhemistry of high-molecular compounds of the North Kazakhstan University named after M.Kozybayev Bolatbayev Kazbek Nelevich was born in 1955 in the North Kazakhstan region, Presnovka village.

Graduated in 1977 from the Ural Polytechnic University (Yekaterinburg). In 1983, he enrolled full-time postgraduate studies at the Department of Metallurgy of Heavy Non-ferrous Metals of the Ural Polytechnic Institute (Yekaterinburg). In 1986 he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic: "Physico-chemical methods for the study of hydrothermal processes in chemistry".

Since 1994, he has been engaged in scientific and pedagogical work at the North Kazakhstan University. Over the years, he worked as an associate professor, head of the Department of Physics and Chemistry, head of the SRW of the University. After defending his doctoral dissertation in 2006, Bolatbayev Kazbek Nelevich was awarded the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences.

Bolatbayev Kazbek Nelevich is a respected and beloved teacher, who made an invaluable contribution to the education of students of the North Kazakhstan State University named after M.Kozybayev.

Passionate about his life's work, Kazbek Nelevich left behind numerous scientific works and textbooks, according to which more than one generation of students will study and develop. And those who were lucky enough to listen to his lectures will remember their teacher, an outstanding personality and a wonderful teacher with well-deserved respect.

Bolatbayev Kazbek Nelevich was a member of the Academic Council of NKSU, Deputy chairman of the public expert Council in the Committee for Control in the Field of science education of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He was awarded honorary diplomas of the rector of the NKSU and Akim of the North Kazakhstan region. He was twice awarded the prize of the Akim of the North Kazakhstan Region for participation in the competition "The Best innovative project". In 2007, he was recognized as the best teacher of the Natural Geography Faculty of the NKSU, and in 2009, according to the results of the republican competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the title of "Best University Teacher".

Kazbek Nelevich is the author of over 200 scientific papers, including 5 monographs, 5 textbooks and over 30 inventions.

A specialist of the highest class, who made an invaluable contribution to the development of science, Kazbek Nelevich was a responsible leader, the undisputed leader of the team, a true teacher and a sensitive senior companion for colleagues at work.
