A session is stressful for the entire student body. It is not only a great psychological burden (fear, anxiety, lack of confidence in their strength and knowledge), but also a physical load: lack of sleep, malnutrition during exams invariably lead to physical exhaustion.
In this regard, we offer 3 techniques to successfully prepare you (the student) for the session:
1. Make a scheme that will help you systematize the material: brief notes, formulas, ideas, excerpts from the text. This scheme will help you to break down the process of preparation into stages, from which you can make an overall plan of preparation with minimal cost.
2. Make a brief outline outlining the main ideas of the course and their interaction. You can include a list of ideas, ranking them in order of importance.
A little artistic ability will provide you with a visual outline to help reconstruct this in your memory.
3. Make audio recordings of your outlines and text fragments from your textbooks, and you can learn the material as you go. Having the recordings will give you the opportunity to study while you are out and about outside of the classroom.
