"Kozybayev readings"

Last week in our university it was organized the traditional scientific-practical conference "Kozybayev readings", which was held on the eve of the birthday of Manash Kabashevich. This year the outstanding scientist, the public figure and the true patriot would have been 84.

The conference was began with a solemn laying of flowers on the bust of Manasha Kozybayev. Later, the deputy akim Anarkhan Dyuysenova and the rector of the University Undasyn Ashimov opened a special cabinet the history of Kazakhstan with the guests of the event.

Kozybayev readings is a dialogue ground for scientists, professors and students, where they can share own discoveries with each other and discuss. The rector of the University Undasyn Ashimov has noted the importance of this event in his speech.

The deputy akim Anarkhan Dyuysenova congratulated the participants with the opening of the conference in the name of the oblast akim Erik Sultanov.

Manash Kabashevich has trained the whole group of domestic historians as a teacher. And one of them is Kaydar Aldazhumanov, who is the chief research assisstant of History and ethnology institute named after Shokan Ualikhanov. Also he came to stand in memory of his counsellor.

The notable scientist of Kazakhstan, the President of Journalism Academy Sagymbay Kozybayev is the younger brother of Manash  Kozybayev. The sphere of his activity is the domestic journalism. Thereforе, it has been organized a meeting of Sagymbay Kozybayev with the students of the specialty "Journalism" within the conference. He has told the participants of the conference about the relation of Kozybayev's family and our region.

None of the "Kozybayev readings" is not passed without Manash Kozybayev's wife. As said Sara Pshembayevna our university has become as the second home for her. Since his husband died the North Kazakhstan state university has done many things to immortalize the name and property of the scientist Manash Kozybayev.
