Signing of a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation

On April 3, 2019, the first Vice-rector of M. Kozybayev NKSU Yerbol Issakayev and the head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption on North Kazakhstan region Elena Stepanenko signed a Memorandum on mutual cooperation. The document will allow students to undergo practical training in the state bodies of the region and obtain the skills necessary for employment in the civil service.

Also on this day there was a meeting of guests with university graduates, with the aim of promoting a positive image of a public servant, the formation of patriotic education of young professionals, attracting them to work in state bodies.

Elena Stepanenko noted that recently more and more young people in the region have been striving to go to work in state structures. Today in the NKR more than 4,500 people work in the civil service. Almost a quarter of them are young people. She also told the children about the testing procedure for knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, assessment of competencies and interviews that will be necessary for all who wish to pass for employment in the state apparatus.

"We have been working closely with your Department for a long time. We have successfully implemented several projects. Among them: the opening of the student service Center at the University, the school of young civil servant "Zhas kyzmet" and others. This joint work will continue", - assured Yerbol Issakayev.

Students were provided with full information about the benefits of working in the civil service: career growth, the introduction of a new wage system, the possibility of obtaining departmental housing, retraining and advanced training, standardized working hours, and others.
