Flower wines of Kazakhstan

Project goal: the construction of a plant for the production of floral wines with a production volume of 1 million liters per year.

Project description: the technology for the production of floral wines in comparison with the technology of grape wine is the replacement of a complex of bunch-forming substances of grapes with such a complex isolated from the flower part of plants, followed by a mixture of carbohydrates and fermenting agents. Studies of toxic elements in product samples and tasting expertise were conducted at the All-Russian Research Institute of the Brewing, Alcohol-Free and Wine-making Industries to create the prerequisites for bringing floral wines to the Russian market. It is recommended to develop regulatory documents, as the flower raw materials and technology are new, therefore, before making changes to existing ones or developing new regulatory documentation, products cannot be classified as wine, as it is truly innovative. Simplification of the production of floral wines with a sufficient amount of the necessary plant material in the North Kazakhstan region.

A business plan has been drawn up for the commercialization of technologies and the construction of a plant for the production of floral wines with a production volume of 1 million liters per year. The preliminary price of a bottle of flower wine is 0.7l. will be 800 tenge.

Expected results:

- the emergence of a new technology for the production of floral wines with a low production cost;

- creating a healthy competitive environment for wholesale and retail distributors of products;

- bringing floral wines to the market of the EU countries.
